Open Question: What washing machine setting do I wash my mattress protector on?

The tag says warm gentle machine, but I can't find a gentle option on my washing machine. The only settings it has are: Woollens, delicates, heavy duty, normal/heavy, normal, non-colourfast and drip-dry. The top side is cotton and the bottom side is polypropylene. Common sense tells me not to put the machine on heavy duty or normal, so which setting do I use. I thought the delicates setting was for things like lingerie, or anything fragile.
